THE PASSION FOR PIZZA

Meet the owner, Don Gigliotti aka "The Don", who was the inspiration behind our Godfather themed Pizzeria. A former resident of East Vancouver with a vast history in the foodservice industry, started by making pizzas for friends and family in his backyard. He wanted to turn his dream into reality by opening his own Pizzeria. Corleone's was founded in October of 2019.
Our Pizza dough is hand crafted with "00" Pizza flour, imported from Naples. Our pies are cooked directly on the stone, for an authentic look and taste.
Our sauce is made with San Marzano tomatoes imported from Italy. We pride ourselves on using the freshest ingredients.
